I took my 2011 T&C in for service this Saturday for an oil change. They took me in right away even though I had no appointment. I was greeted by 2 very friendly service advisors ho explained my service needs. This was my first time at woodbine chrysler and I was very happy!! thank you!!!

Brought my Grandmother's 2010 Caravan in for service in May 2012. Called the dealership to see if I could bring the car in and made appointment with a wonderful young lady on the phone. She advised me to come in early so I can catch the shuttle to work. I left the car there for the day to have the services done. Though I was a little hesitant at the price of the service (41,000km). I was also a little hesitant because I had some concerns about some front end noises I was having and a random key issue. They said I would need to pay for diagnostic on the noises if they couldn't find anything or it wasn't covered.
I decided to let them look at the car. I was contacted during the afternoon to let me know how the work was progressing and that there were fixes for my problems (tie rod end loose and the key needed to be replaced), and that both were covered under warranty. The prices seemed fair (I called another dealer to see if the price was the same). The car was done as they said it would be. The price was what they told me it would be and I knew what was happening throughout the day.
All in all, a very good experience. I've never had my car serviced at the dealer before and I was hesitant to bring it in. But I will be returning there for the rest of my services because I've never had so much communication with my servicing department. Very Very good customer service. I will be recommending this dealership to my family as we all have Chrysler products.
I've always had no problems at Woodbine chrysler. I've been taking my Caliber there for service ever since I picked it up back in 2010. Surprisingly, its proven to be more reliable than most of my friends Honda's! It's great because they always treat me with respect and hospitality. If you want a great place to buy a car and have them take care of you, this is the place to go. 92,xxxKM and going!
I was searching for the website so i can book my next appointment and read some of the reviews and cant help but notice they are mostly negative. I own a 2011 Dodge Journey RT purchased from woodbine June, 2011 sale guy David was very detailed went thru everything with me. My first experience with the service dept was pleasant, I did not know how to connect my phone with my hands-free and Dave helped me do it in minutes.
My first oil change i did in Nov on a Tuesday Night after work which i found out it is their last day (open until 8pm) works great for me, I work in Mississauga and live in Richmond Hill. A gentleman named Richard Helped me, he was very helpful and got my car washed because shamefully speaking my Journey was covered in dirt. Being a Newer customer I am so far quite happy with my dealership and hopefully it will remain this way,because I am considering purchasing the new Dodge Dart for my daughter.
Came in for service today for the first time at woodbine Chrysler and I was looked after by Sam Bruno. He took the time to go over my service needs and explained what my car needed. Thank you Sam. The Service was awsome. I will be back
